Connect Facilities recently had the pleasure of organising an exclusive dinner for twelve winners who participated in the Chef George auction at the Connect with Connect charity event held in April.
With an extensive culinary background working in some of Melbourne’s premier restaurants, General Manager George Zakhour led the team in crafting a bespoke dining experience in support of the charity, Little Dreamers. This special evening was hosted at the Sky Lounge on the 55th floor of Abode318, a residential high-rise tower currently managed by Connect Facilities.
The dinner featured eight courses of French-inspired cuisine, showcasing a range of dishes such as fresh oysters, Japanese scallops, and beef tartare, with a selection of assorted desserts to round off the evening. Each course was thoughtfully prepared by the team at Connect. A big thank you to Jovan Stojanvic, Jan Pasotti, and Heather-Rain O’Neill for their invaluable contributions in making this evening a success. Their efforts were instrumental in creating an unforgettable experience for all attendees while supporting a worthy cause.
One of the evening’s guests, Ida Peach from Frigrite, shared heartfelt feedback about the event:
“Thank you very much for hosting a wonderful evening. Adam and I had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the engaging conversations. George’s exceptional dishes truly made the night memorable. We were delighted to support Little Dreamers and deeply appreciate the meaningful work they do. It’s a cause close to our hearts as well. We’re looking forward to the next opportunity to gather.”
Connect Facilities is dedicated to fostering community interaction and engagement. Hosting events like this dinner is one of the many ways we express our gratitude to our clients and partners for their continued support, all while benefiting a deserving charity.
