Salary Expectations: $70,000 – $85,000 per year
Daily duties involve but are not limited to:
- Design and produce B2C/B2B marketing and communication campaigns assets that support the businesses objectives
- Manage SEO, marketing budget, paid advertising, campaign analysis and reporting
- Generate content for eDMs, social media, websites
- Support brand development and awareness by developing and implementing short and long-term strategies across social media and other marketing collateral
- Creating, writing and scheduling engaging social media posts, analysing results and presenting insights. This includes designing engaging targeted Instagram stories.
- Identifying trends in customer interactions and implement digital campaigns to build on the social media presence, including engaging with followers to increase a positive customer sentiment
- Oversee new business opportunities by preparing B2B collateral and submissions
- Collaborate with the team and strategise marketing plans
- Providing creative and copywriting briefs for the website and blog team
- Liaise with brands on potential collaborations and partnerships
- Prepare and participate in presentations and meetings expanding client reach, public presence and business relationships.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience with 3 years minimum in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Communication design, or similar
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design and marketing skills
- Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram in a commercial capacity
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent ability to work within a team environment and effectively share knowledge, ideas and information with the team
- Ability to learn and understand systems and processes quickly
- Excellent time management skills and work ethic, with the ability to work on multiple tasks at different stages simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must have a valid drivers license

A high degree of proficiency (intermediate level) with the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Prior experience with WordPress, Active Campaign, Canva, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn will be highly regarded, but not essential.
