Prior to its recent sale, Connect Facilities managed this commercial tower in the Melbourne CBD. Built in 1952, with substantial internal renovations in the early 2000’s, 50 Franklin Street required consistent attention and diligence in both maintenance and discovery works, in particular, an antiquated air conditioning handling system and basement facility. The building also has a heritage listed facade, which also needed consideration for compliance when undertaking maintenance and upgrade works.
