Abode318 is a landmark high rise tower comprising 436 residential apartments and two full levels of resident amenities. Located on a tight CBD site opposite the State Library, Connect Facilities manage a complex waste management program and podium parking system. In addition we have been instrumental in improvements to apartment acoustics, undertaking comprehensive testing throughout the building and managing a noise reduction program.

Built in 1952, with substantial internal renovations in the early 2000’s, 50 Franklin Street required consistent attention and diligence in both maintenance and discovery works, in particular, an antiquated air conditioning handling system and basement facility. The building also has a heritage listed facade, which also needed consideration for compliance when undertaking maintenance and upgrade works.
