Paul has over three decades of experience as a commercial builder, development consultant and council member – including serving as Mayor of the City of Moonee Valley.

Paul’s knowledge and insights on mechanical, fire and hydraulic equipment, general construction and regulatory statutes are invaluable to colleagues and clients alike.

With over a decade of experience in the service industry, George has covered – and innovated – a variety of roles including front-of-house, fundamental building services and OH&S/risk compliance.

Craig Mayhew

Facilities Manager

Craig is Connect’s stellar Facilities Manager for the 501 Tower. His background in the Defence force and work in the asset management space means Craig has developed an unmatched skillset in implementing facilities management programs and building lifecycle strategies.

Craig is not only devoted to his work, but also spends a lot of his free time giving back to his community. An SES and CFA volunteer, Craig is dependable in any emergency and a true asset to the Connect Facilities team.
